Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days:
All Royal Mail first class post deliveries to UK postcodes are free of charge when you select the standard delivery option.
All United Parcel Services (UPS) deliveries are free of charge when you select the standard delivery option.
There are a few postcode areas where a Remote Area Surcharge is required for United Parcel Services (UPS) deliveries, there may also be an extra 1-2 days added onto the delivery timescale.
These areas are mostly confined to the Scottish Highlands but also apply to a few other remote or inaccessible parts of the UK as well.
Surcharge areas for UPS deliveries include:
AB37-AB38, AB44-AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, HS1-HS9, IM, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV56, IV7 , IV9-IV12, KA27-KA28, KW, A15-LA23, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, TR21-TR25, ZE.
Occasionally some BT postcodes may incur a surcharge.
For parcels to these postcodes a £20 remote area surcharge will apply. We will contact to confirm your agreement prior to completing your order.
Free delivery is available on all orders over £500, please contact us for your free postage code before making your order.
Express Delivery Next Working Day (if ordered before 2pm)
In addition to our standard delivery services we also offer various Express Delivery upgrades including guaranteed next working day services. Any upgrades that are available will be shown on the checkout page with any extra costs that apply. Please note that next working day services will not arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Our shipping rates vary depending on the value, size and weight of an item. In multiple item orders we only charge for delivery of the item with the highest shipping rate so extra items ordered at the same time will be delivered free.
To find out the shipping rate for an order just add all the items to your shopping basket and the price for standard delivery to the UK will be automatically displayed, along with any shipping upgrades that are available at extra cost.
How We Send Your Order and Processing Times
All orders that we receive before 2pm on a weekday with express delivery selected will usually be processed and sent on the same day. Any orders placed after this time or on a weekend will be processed on the next working day. If there are any problems with your order we will try to contact you immediately by either phone or email.
Orders received with our standard delivery rate applied will be processed and sent within the 3-5 day timescale.
Small or low value items will usually be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. These will usually be delivered within 3-5 days in the UK or within 5-8 days in Western Europe. Other countries might take a bit longer depending on the local postal service.
Large or high value items will usually be sent by UPS courier delivery or tracked postal service. These are signed-for services so please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for it. Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days in the UK, 5-7 working days in Europe or upto 10 working days for most other countries.
Please note that “weekdays” and “working days” do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
It is now illegal to ship lithium batteries by Royal Mail.
These items will be sent by alternative carriers.
Many non-EU countries charge import duty, customs fees and local taxes on goods arriving from outside that country. Before placing an order with us for delivery to a non-EU country you should check if this will apply to you as the carrier will ask you to pay these charges before delivering your order. If they are unable to contact you or if you do not pay the amount required then the goods will be either returned to us or they may be destroyed depending on local regulations.
If you do not pay any local duty, fees or taxes that are due you will not be entitled to any refund unless the goods are released back to our courier by the authorities in the delivery country and they are returned to us in good condition. Also, the full cost of both the outward and return deliveries plus any other charges incurred will be deducted from any refund given.
Tracking Your Order
Large or high value items are usually be sent by United Parcel Services (UPS) courier delivery or tracked postal service. These are signed-for and trackable services so once your order has been sent we will email you to let you know it is on the way and we will include all the information you will need to track the shipment’s progress through the delivery system.

For deliveries via Royal Mail First Class: Unfortunately this is not a trackable service but if your order has not been delivered within 10 working days of receiving our Shipment Notification email then please let us know and we will look into it for you.
If There is a Problem
If you have not had a Shipment Notification email from us within 4 working days of placing your order and we have not contacted you about the order then it is possible that we may not have received your order. In this case please send us an email or phone us on 0800 112 3654 (+44 (0) 800 112 3654 from outside the UK) quoting your Order Number and we will let you know what to do next.
If your order has not arrived there is usually a simple reason for the delay, such as the courier might be having problems finding your address or there may not have been anyone in when they tried to deliver your order. If you are having problems getting your order delivered and the courier has not been able to help you then please let us know by email or by phone on 0800 112 3654 (+44 (0) 800 112 3654 from outside the UK) quoting your Order Number and we will look into it for you
Please contact us to get a Return Authorisation Number before you send anything back. The Return Authorisation Number must be marked on the outside of the package.
Please print and fill in this form and make sure that you include it with any item you are returning. This will speed up your replacement or refund.
